Sample Menu

Healthy living at Heart & Hearth starts with the basics. People feel their best when they are eating healthy fresh meals. We provide nutritious whole foods prepared in a variety of tasty ways. We use seasonal vegetables from our organic garden, whole grains, and healthy meats that are grown locally when possible. We have been known to can and freeze some of our garden bounty as well. One of our weekly menus is offered here as an example of how we eat at Heart & Hearth. The menu can change over time, depending on the likes and dislikes of the current residents. However, the healthy aspects always remain the same.
